Great class, very practically oriented wit loads of examples and real world experiences, not only focus on certification

The openness and kind but bold way of the teacher created a nice environment in the class so that I could feel confident to ask questions, no matter the relevance. The exercises were most of the time good to enhance dynamism in the class (which is difficult in a remote course), but sometimes they were too far from the reality or day-to-day issues you experience in scrum teams. You can feel the course is very well designed and taught towards learning the core principles of scrum and building up on it. Also the course makes you like scrum even more by showing its real values and its drawbacks.

The trainer was clear, didactic, and helpful, providing examples. The training's flow was valuable because we could build on the knowledge we had gained previously.

The professor was very chill and funny. Used various examples until the point was clear to us.

Our instructor did great to help us and understand what a scrum is from the scratch.

He is an excellent instructor who is very understanding, engaging, and clear in his teaching. His approach is concise and relatable, making complex topics easier to grasp. PSK 1 from Scrum.org is one of the best classes I've attended and Bogdan made it very special via visualizing the learning process! I feel now very inspired to apply it in my project. I absolutely recommend attending this class and especially with Bogdan - it brings lots of value, understanding and inspiration!

I didn't like metrics before. Now I like metrics that raise transparency to a different level! This course was a blast, with Bogdan who in his own way facilitated self-exploration and taught us about Kanban strategy and how to apply it with Scrum. If somebody told me I would be looking at the graphs and have fun, I wouldn't believe him. Some of the exercises didn't click with me (like creating our own Kanban board), but exploring Kanban with TWiG game was awesome. Scrum with Kanban was a truly refreshing training for me, as it sparked curiosity on how to apply it in the project I'm currently working, as well as shining a different light on how metrics could be used to raise transparency and help the team be more informed of their work.

Bogdan's way of teaching is not what I thought it was going to be like. He started off with breaking the ice and getting to know an interesting fact/hobby about the students. And his approach was very hands on experience when it came to the Scrum training. And by the end of the training you can see the vast change between how we started and the Scrum Master effectiveness we acquired by the end. He knows what he is doing and I enjoyed very bit of it. #JustTrustTheProcess

The training was very good, with a pleasant atmosphere. The theory part was intermixed with useful exercises and discussions, which provided a great learning experience.

Well-prepared and open-minded trainer! High number of breakouts, sometimes not necessary to understand the essence of the learning material, but overall good experience.

The PSPO was great and Bogdan did it very well. There was a lot of interactions with the class, teamwork, good discussions and Bogdan used a lot of medias. His knowledge and expirience in the SCRUM enviroment is awesome. He has a lot of advices very close to the practice and the fun was never neglected! I highly recommand this training with Bogdan!

Very varied course, optimum use of tools, very professional instructor, good atmosphere. 2 full days are very exhausting, perhaps 4 half days would be better.

I enjoyed the class, materials and the way how Bogdan facilitated it and provided insightful comments. Interactive and collaborative mode of the class facilitates learning out of doing. Although facilitation isn't new for me I still reached my personal learning outcomes and found something new for myself. If you want to learn how to help your team to have less meetings and make them more productive - this class is a must for you!

Bogdan has a very clear and easy-to-follow approach to teaching the Scrum framework. By asking questions, being interactive and engaging, using Scrum content, and more, he made sure the concepts were digestible and because of it, I was able to retain a lot of information.

I had a great time learning about the scrum framework in this two day course. Bogdan's interactive way of teaching the course material made it so that the concepts were not only fun to learn, but easy to understand and grasp. I look forward to learning more about scrum.

It was a small group but actually this proved to be quite efficient one. We also were able to go into some practical questions that with a bigger group it would have been much harder to do.

Bogdan was a great instructor that was able to expand on all the questions that I had regarding Scrum. The course itself was engaging and interesting. He is passionate about what he is teaching and it shows through his actions. By the end of the class I felt much more confident in my ability to understand the concepts of Scrum and how to apply it properly in a professional setting. During our Scrum scenario, our team was able to make some visible progress in our thought-process and application of Scrum. Bogdan is great! The class was very engaging and interesting. At times things get confusing but Bogdan does a great job on giving you examples to help explain the Scrum process in understandable terms. Thank you for a fun couple of days Bogdan!

Bogdan is a great instructor! The interaction and group activities helped tremendously with learning scrum. Answered all of my questions and made sure we were all on the same page before moving on to different lessons.

I had a great experience on this course with exchanging thoughts with colleagues, learning parts of SM jobs that I didn't know about or haven't directly experienced and getting into discussions with Bogdan and other participants. Greatly recommended for anyone that does SM work and wants to learn how other people do it and what is there to be improved!

He is a great teacher and embodies the openness scrum value. Breaks things down in an easy-to-understand way. He is always open to questions and never shames which helps foster a healthy learning environment. The only complaint is for Dogban: the hat could be better maybe a Fadora or sombrero and the lack of a fake mustache is concerning.

It was very interactive and work scenario based.

I love Bogdan's approach of a 'training from the back of the room' and the way how he is nudging the students and facilitates a conversation. The training is designed in a format of constant discussion and dialog and provides a big room for reflecting.

He provided us with a lot of knowledge of the Scrum framework but also with a situational understanding of Scrum processes, team interactions and thought processes needed for successful SM. During the whole process, training and afterwards as well Bogdan was enormously supportive. After this training with little to non-previous knowledge, I passed the exam on my first try! This class provided me with tools that will definitely help in my day-to-day work. It even made me understand more about a particular situation that I'm currently have in my client's project. As for the teaching, it was human, with much consideration for our well-being and understanding of each topic, carrying us through what is most important and that there is not a wrong/right answer, but we must strive with understanding our environment and teams correctly and manage the situations. Just as an improvement, I would suggest going through some specific metrics, so it is not so abstract. Besides that, excellent course taught by an excellent teacher!

I consider Bogdan to be the most exceptional trainer I have encountered so far. He has a remarkable ability to cut through the typical sales pitch and instead provides deep insights and knowledge that truly help you to reflect on your ideas. In my conversations with him, I have found him to be an active listener, which has allowed us to have meaningful discussions. Moreover, his constructive feedback is invaluable and has helped me to improve my work significantly.

We dive deep into subject with interesting topics and real sprints

This was another great course by Bogdan! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get some more structured knowledge about the role of a Scrum Master. I particularly enjoyed the fact that together with the purely theoretical aspects we had really great time as a group and freely discussed some real-life examples. The level of interaction was really high and I think it helped me understand the theory much better. Bogdan was also actively managing the high energy inside the course all the time which must have been difficult since there were people from very different time zones in the course. Nevertheless, I think he was quite successful in keeping our focus on the course content!

Bogdan was an excellent coach. Training structure was clearly defined, all necessary information was delivered to participants and there were plenty of examples and practices that required our participation. After the excersizes we would have a discussion and Bogdan would provide us with snippets of knowledge related to the subject.

I love the interaction, and that the instructor was very intentional about walking us through a project to help us to understand how a project works with a scrum team. This helped with retaining the information.

I have attended 2-day Professional Scrum Master class organized and facilitated by trainer Bogdan Doroslovac. I found a class very interesting, interactive, with both theory and practical examples. Bogdan as a trainer and entire group were very open to share and was a really positive atmosphere. Thing to be improved from my perspective would be duration and number of break-out room sessions cause sometimes they would be too short or we would have them too often, where it might be better use of time if those discussions would be held with entire group. Bogdan also recommended a lot of readings which I find useful and the best takeaway for me were observations and discussions on concrete examples.

I definitely learned so much in so little time! I have a firm grasp on Scrum and the interactives were great. I'm going to take the test after this class and if I pass, the only person I can thank for such in-depth teaching is Bogdan.

Amazing instructor, introduces theory and technical practice.

Very interesting training. Maybe only reduce amount of theory

Good: I really like the idea of having a practical part of the course. Also most of the theoretical part is also entertaining. The lecturer is amazing. He is funny, smart and has a psychological background as well as an engineering one. Bad: Sprints after lunch are not a very good idea because everyone is sleepy and not preforming very well. Also, some theoretical parts (devops) lasted for too long. I personally would prefer a bit longer sprints and shorter theoretical part.

Long class Light learning! Bogdan made everything smooth and explains really well. It felt like a very practical class of how Scrum works and everything makes sense when you start applying the Scrum concepts. It was an intense course in the sense of it being long (3 full days), but there are a lot of breaks just in the right places. Recommend it a lot.

I got a helpful and practical understanding of Scrum with Kanban. You still have to prepare for the exam though.

Proves really useful to understand Kanban place in Scrum, see it's advantages and how to use it on projects.

Bogdan is a great communicator and the class is highly interactive with series of whiteboard drawings, debate, breakout rooms and group discussions, which is a must for a virtual edition like this to keep the session engaging and interesting.

I really liked the class. The instructor stimulated everyone to ask the questions that interested us. We had a chance to practice SCRUM in a bit under-pressure environment with strict time limits and it's helpful to reveal some real-life scenarios and see what SCRUM can offer in such cases. The terms and specifics were explained in a very understandable manner too. The course was full of excellent everyday examples, there were a lot of great ones coming from the students, too. What was most valuable for me, as a person with some professional experience in development and applying Agile/SCRUM, is that the course allowed me to refresh a lot of the basic concepts of Agile/SCRUM and to reassure myself of their importance and correctness once again. Sometimes, when we work in practice we tend/need to make certain compromises with our work process. It is always good to know what you risk in these situations and what is the benefit of doing the things in the prescribed way in the first place.

I'm very happy with the course taken so far!

A very long class but also very informative. great instructors that will make you forget about the time.

This three day training kept me sitting upright until the end. The trainer was thorough in his explanations and willing to answer all the questions (minor digressions were a delight). Despite the online format, by encouraging people to speak and engage in discussions, the trainer managed to make the experience much more pleasant. When you then include all of the above with practical experience of applying Scrum in three 1-hour sprints, you get one amazing training that I would (and will) recommend to anyone interested in Scrum.

Genuinely have only words of praise. I've learned so much useful (practical and theoretical) information during the course and acquired an immense amount of knowledge. Bogdan was amazing at keeping the focus high, engaging students, encouraging activity, and always ready to answer any type of question or dilemma. It was a perfect balance between passive and active learning, with the highest possible amount of interaction needed for learning, discussing and sharing experiences.

Excellent course and amazing trainer

The class was amazing, I've just finished the open assessment in just 12 minutes and got the score of 99% and I haven't done any additional studying after the course. The trainer was very patient and nice and he really helped us grasp what scrum is and most importantly what it is not. The structure of the course was through sprints which was very engaging. I've enjoyed being a part of this course and will hopefully get to use the scrum framework very soon in my career.

Bogdan definitely knows how to transfer knowledge to the training participants in a professional, interesting, interactive and in one word superior way. Exercises keep participants active all the time, there are no boring blocks of lectures that can last for several hours and he constantly pay attention on comments and tries to make the course interesting for everyone (both introverts and extroverts).

As someone who freshly started his career as a Scrum Master with an engineering background, the PSD training held by Bogdan Doroslovac was really inspiring. The course makes you better at understanding how developing best value-driven software works. And all that through utilizing agile engineering practices and supportive ALM tools to create a more productive team. Also, the strong focus on creating cross-functional and self-organized teams is hugely beneficial for development teams across organizations.

Great educator with great examples of problems in real life situations. I could pass the exam with more than 90% with minimum studying after this lectures. Would recommend him especially because of hands on experience he had with solving the problems that issue during scrum implementation. One remark is maybe to provide more details about some technical terms and differences like cyclomatic complexity and other related stuff that are present in the test.

Educational and interactive class!

Excellent, very interactive and an amazing experience. At the end of the day You will be rethinking everything over and over again.

As a scrum master that has experience as a developer, I think the training hits a lot of the right spots when it comes to building a craftsman attitude towards software development. The trainer has great experience as a developer which is very useful when answering questions or giving advice. The training as a whole servers its purpose. The only thing that can be considered is whether adding more reflection on daily work and current behavior would help the participants come up with more specific question, leading to a better utilization of the knowledge gained through the training. The part where participant discuss how a certain situation should be addressed by the team could be given more time, or participants could come up with some situations they experienced and discuss them with the trainer.

The course overall was very satisfying. Bogdan is a very experienced Scrum trainer with a lot of the real-life examples to support the theory. There were no unanswered questions or skipped topics. I have learned not only how Scrum work but the how-to implement scrum philosophy for self-improvement in everyday life. Thank you for this experience.

First of all, Bogdan Doroslovac is a really great and experienced trainer and developer! Training was fun, informative, engaging and full of great discussions! I only have one suggestion, not to Bogdan, but to the scum.org. For simulation of sprints, everyone was working on the battleship project. Maybe it would be better, if projects were unique per team, to avoid unnecessary competitive atmosphere, which was stealing focus from the more important things which should've been done during the sprints.

The class covered a lot of ground and "sold" us the SCRUM framework. We now have real life examples on how everything should work and it will serve as a guideline for our future work.

You could not choose a better person to conduct these classes for us. Without any doubt classes were more than perfect, and I am saying this for both theoretical part and workshop where both were full of real life, and more than anything, super interesting examples that were easy to comprehend. Bogdan really did an excellent job in so many ways. I hope on taking one or more classes in the future fo sure.
