Laetitia is a passionate Product Manager and Agile Leader with over 20 years of experience in Software & Product development, delivering official Scrum.org courses worldwide as a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST).

Alongside her training activities, she works as a Product Manager at John Deere, where she leads the development of a Global Dealer 360 Data Product. This dual role, teaching Scrum while practicing product management at scale, keeps her deeply connected to real-world product challenges and allows her to effectively bridge Scrum theory and practice.

Her background spans roles as Product Owner, IT Team Leader, Project Manager and Software Developer, across diverse domains including data & analytics, statistics, finance, banking and agriculture. This extensive experience across both traditional and agile environments gives her a unique perspective to supporting students in their learning.

As a trainer, she designs highly interactive, hands-on learning experiences, grounded in real product and organizational contexts. She helps professionals not only understand Scrum, but apply it pragmatically to build valuable products and resilient teams.
