About Ian
I'm Chief Scientist at proAgile Ltd. Agile transformation is my bag. I blog quite actively about this. You can find me at scrumshack.com. I'm also the curator at agilepatterns.org.
An agile consultant, I've most recently worked as an Agile Coach at Marks & Spencer, Standard Life, and AXA Insurance. I've been a Scrum Master for the Scottish Government, a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at the Open University, an Agile Transformation Coach at Travis Perkins, and a Scrum Master at the NHS Information Centre where I coached on Agile transitioning. Before that I was a Scrum Master and Kanban Leader at O2 Telefonica. I've also assisted various Lean start-ups. I have a developer background.
