Facilitation Skills - training
Enthusiastic trainer, involved all (online) attendees, by several exercises which demonstrated facilitation techniques. Additionally he did a recap of the theory, before going to the next topics.
By this training my awareness of multiple facilitation techniques increased.
Looking forward to utilize them in my job.

Learn how to turn your conflict experiences into collaboration sessions !
This class helped on my biggest issue while facilitating a meeting or a workhsopp. My questions before the training was : how to resolve conflits and build consensus. Thanks to Souleymane and its training, I received several tools that helped me feel empowered in my capacity of dealing with the so -called : groan zone.

The PSFS course on facilitation skills was fantastic ! I gained valuable insights into topics that I can immediately apply to my daily tasks.
