Session by Vikram S Shekhawat-Empirical and uncomplicated as the Scrum is!
It's a basic human design that when someone tells us stories by indulging themselves in, we are very keen on listening and understand what happens next? But when it's told in a read out format-it's incomprehensible. Vikram truly explained with realistic and real-life examples which made it easy to associate and comprehend. I can say that the understanding of Scrum I had before the class and the understanding now are North Pole and South Pole and it gives me immense confidence that I understand Scrum better now- the purpose of it is so clear and unambiguous and can't wait to explore more!

Class were completely attentive and hold by trainer
It was completely attentive and did not felt trace at all while accepting new learning, it was like time flay from Morning to Day ended.
I was having sleepless night, even though was able to give 100 % during class, it was so attentive by Vikarm, he had put a lot efforts.

I liked the energy of the instructor…
I liked the energy of the instructor and the way he taught. The company could first collect the data of the candidates and then accordingly can plan the training. What I observed was since there were few people who were already working in Scrum had questions related to the problems they were facing currently in the organisation as Scrum Master which was difficult to understand for someone who doesn't have prior experience of working in Scrum team. Either the training could be planned seperately based on the experience or the QnA related to work scenarios can be planned post the topic is done please. I liked the support of faculty and fellow subordinates. It was fun attending the training session.

Intensive & interesting 2-learning days
It was very clear that the instructor was very competent and knowledgable in this area. He was very supportive and capable coach. Also talented in making the intensive day into interesting day with his own way of teaching. It was far from being boring.
I could easily give a 5* but unfortunately since I don't have a benchmark or criterion in this matter (neither have done the test yet to compare the knowledge transferred) thus the reason for a 4* rate.

Time prioritization could be better
The first few ice breaker activities took more time which might have caused the later activities to be a bit rushed. But the instructor was very articulate about the cases discussed and his real life analogies including some of the challenging cases, helped bring more context to the theories discussed.

My Coach was the best
The trainer showed pure professionalism. He was the best and he had answers to every question/doubt.

The two day class was a great learning experience. Vikram planned and delivered the course in interesting manner. Right balance of theoretical discussions and team exercises to understand / practice the concepts.
Myth busters, Vocab improvements and practical scenario discussions were major interest points for me.
Vikram's Mural Board had a detailed set of information, however, switching to iPad and explaining concepts was icing on the cake.

Intensive & interesting 2-learning days
It was very clear that the instructor was very competent and knowledgable in this area. He was very supportive and capable coach. Also talented in making the intensive day into interesting day with his own way of teaching. It was far from being boring.
I could easily give a 5* but unfortunately since I don't have a benchmark or criterion in this matter (neither have done the test yet to compare the knowledge transferred) thus the reason for a 4* rate.

Best Scrum Tutorial to take..
Very Detailed and Crisp delivery of content by Vikram. I liked the amount of cases we solved during the 2 days and it really helped me clear a lot of doubts and misconceptions I had about Agile and Scrum. I hope this helps me in getting my PSM-1 certification.

Vikram's support and assistance throughout has given me enough confidence to take the assessment within 3 days of completing the training! He did not just keep the training engaging and informative but also did ensure to send a detailed email with the best practices, practice test, book and videos recommendations, etc. (irrespective of the time zone difference).

Time prioritization could be better
The first few ice breaker activities took more time which might have caused the later activities to be a bit rushed. But the instructor was very articulate about the cases discussed and his real life analogies including some of the challenging cases, helped bring more context to the theories discussed.

My Coach was the best
The trainer showed pure professionalism. He was the best and he had answers to every question/doubt.
I consider myself lucky to be coached under him.
He explained it with pure practical examples and that's what I liked about the class.
The trainer also highlighted a few things like the agile manifesto and few other things. He taught us how to implement Agile and how to be a good , better and an awesome scrum master.
I would say I had the best coaching in my life.

A class worth to attend
The classroom training provided by Vikram was quite efficient, relevant and engaging.
Vikram is very knowledgable and experience in the area and worth to be a trainer as he was quite patient in explaining each concepts to the entire class.

Great learning experience
The two day class was a great learning experience. Vikram planned and delivered the course in interesting manner. Right balance of theoretical discussions and team exercises to understand / practice the concepts.
Myth busters, Vocab improvements and practical scenario discussions were major interest points for me.
Vikram's Mural Board had a detailed set of information, however, switching to iPad and explaining concepts was icing on the cake.
