Most organizations I walk into have already spent millions on "Agile Transformation." They have the certifications, the JIRA boards, and the terminology. Yet, they are as slow, as expensive, as risky, and unhappy as before.

I specialize in Agile and Product Operating Model Rescue. I don’t just teach frameworks; I diagnose why your current operating system is leaking traction and help you rebuild it for flow, not just compliance.

I’ve helped companies such as Gillette, Biogen, CME Group, Dyno Therapeutics, IDEXX, NEC, IDEMIA, and many others establish ways of working that deliver better value, sooner, safer, with happier teams, transformation leaders, stakeholder,s and shareholders. 

Roadmap to Real Agility - I’ve collected the insights I gained from my 20 years of experience scaling agility without falling into the process theater trap into a short email course focused on scaling with agility by going upstream. My Approach to Training & Consulting

I do not deliver "by the book" training that leaves you wondering how to apply it Monday morning. My workshops and advisory engagements are diagnostic interventions. We use the class environment to simulate your actual operating frictions—whether you are in Biotech, Pharma, Fintech, or Hardware—and solve them in the room.

Primary Outcomes:

1. Descale Complexity: Remove processes that don't add revenue or reduce risk.
2. Restore Predictability: Fix the "Green shifting to Red" delivery dates.
3. Real-World Application: Apply Scrum, Kanban, and Product Thinking to non-software domains (Marketing, Hardware, Strategy).

• Co-created Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) class and co-authored the Kanban Guide for Scrum Teams to help bring Kanban/Flow to more teams and organizations.
• Helped Gillette use Scrum/Agility to design the home-run Labs Exfoliating Razor and rethink how they innovate.
• Helped CA improve Marketing/Sales Agility at scale and provide thought leadership in the Agile Marketing space.
• Helped Siemens, CyberArk, Amdocs, HP Software, and others achieve sustainable agile traction using the Kanban evolutionary method at the portfolio/enterprise scale. (These customer stories have been part of the inspiration for “Holy Land Kanban”)
• Brought invitation/pull-based change thinking and practices into the Scaled Agile Framework world. Authored "SAFe from the trenches” sharing insights and reflections from the frontiers of safely scaling with SAFe.
