- Participate in building\enhancing a software product or application using Scrum
- Read any book on Scrum by Ken Schwaber
Intended Audience
This training is aimed at leaders who are involved in the adoption of Agility in their organisation:
- Managers who are responsible for one/more Scrum team(s)
- Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Managers or leaders who are responsible for developing people in the Scrum teams (HR/PMO managers)
- Senior Executives who act as a sponsor for the Agile transformation and want to know how to develop the leadership for the Agile transformation
Materials
This training includes the following:
- A digital version of the official Scrum.org slidedeck
- A book about Agile leadership
- A work\notebook with printed illustrations of the flipcharts used in the training
- After completing the training: a code for single attempt for the PAL-I assessment at Scrum.org
- A free second attempt, in case the first attempt was unsuccessful within two weeks after the training.
