Recommended Courses for Product Owners

Product Owners have to balance working with stakeholders, the Scrum Team and customers. They are accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team.

Product Ownership requires a distinct set of capabilities and skills. Product Owners are also accountable for effective Product Backlog Management, and may do this work or delegate the responsibility to others.  Product Backlog Management includes:

  • Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal
  • Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items
  • Ordering Product Backlog items
  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood

We have put together a series of courses to help you as a Product Owner be more effective and deliver greater value.

Product Owner Learning Journey

Core Courses for Product Owners

The Product Owner is pivotal to bridging business strategy and product execution in order to help the Scrum Team create valuable products. Throughout the course you will learn a number of Product Ownership practices that you can use in your day-to-day activities while also receiving an introduction to Agile Product Management.
