The Professional Scrum Master Training, is aimed at strengthening the Agile and Scrum infrastructures for participants who have learnt the foundations of Scrum . In addition, it is targeted that they acquire deep knowledge on the Scrum Master role that has a critical importance in the implementation of the Scrum and in leading the organizational change.
