Course Overview

Professional Scrum Master II training course is a two-day course for advanced Scrum Masters.  The PSM II course is intended for Scrum Masters with at least one year of experience who are looking to grow their knowledge and abilities as a Scrum Master.

This Scrum.org certified Professional Scrum Master II class includes up to two free attempts at the PSM-II assessment and discounts on PSM-III. Delegates take a multiple choice assessment after the class, leading to a permanent qualification with no renewal fees.

Professional Scrum Master II 

The Professional Scrum Master II Training is for scrum masters who are moving beyond merely managing the Scrum events and are looking to excel in their role. It reflects on sharing experience and ‘giving and getting’ help. The course will cover the stances of a scrum master:

1. The scrum master as a teacher
2. The scrum master as a coach & mentor
3. The scrum master as a facilitator
4. The scrum master as a change agent

As well as the services provided by the scrum master:

1. Services to the development team
2. Services to the product owner
3. Services to the organisation

• Pre-course reading designed to expose questions so that they can be explored in class.
• Contact details allowing delegates to ask questions to the trainer before and after the class.

• Digital course effectiveness surveys with results sent out to delegates and sponsors straight after the class.
