Professional Scrum Product Owner

Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a hands-on, activity-based course focused on Agile product management in Scrum and maximizing product value. In this class, you will learn what the Product Owner does in Scrum, how it differs from traditional project management, and how to find and deliver value in subsequent releases in accordance with Agile practices. The interactive workshop format with team-based exercises offers students a chance to learn through practice and acquire a number of techniques and practices they can use immediately after the class. The course also includes 2 attempts at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification exam.
