Scrum.orgのCEOも来日！ビジネスと組織に変化を生むアジャイル・スクラムを考えるオンサイトイベント「Scrum Sunrise 2025」開催
日本においてもアジャイルとスクラムへの関心は年々高まり、さまざまな現場で取り入れられるようになってきています。しかしその一方で、理解不足や形だけの運用により「なかなかビジネス成果につながらない」という声も聞かれます。10月に東京で開催される「Scrum Sunrise 2025」は、Scrum.org™が提唱する「Professional Scrum」の本質に触れながら、日本におけるスクラム実践を共に考えるイベントです。
イベントでは、Scrum.org ™のCEOであるデイヴ・ウェストが来日し、最新の視点からスクラムの価値について講演する予定です。さらに、プロフェッショナル・スクラム・トレーナー（PST）による体験型ワークショップや、日本企業におけるアジャイルとスクラム実践の事例紹介も行われます。
また、イベントの最後にはネットワーキングパーティーが予定されており、参加者同士が自由に交流し、取り組みや課題について語り合うことができます。新たな気づきやつながりを得られる絶好の機会です。

Scrum.org CEO visiting Japan! “Scrum Sunrise 2025” Explore How Agile and Scrum Drive Business and Organizational Change
In Japan, interest in Agile and Scrum has been steadily growing, and more organizations are beginning to adopt it. At the same time, we often hear concerns that due to limited understanding or superficial adoption, Scrum has not yet translated into real business outcomes.
“Scrum Sunrise 2025,” to be held in Tokyo this October, is an event that explores the essence of Professional Scrum™ as advocated by Scrum.org and considers how Scrum can be effectively applied within the Japanese business context.
At the event, Dave West, CEO of Scrum.org, will be in Japan to deliver a keynote, sharing the latest perspectives on the value of Scrum. In addition, there will be hands-on workshops led by Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs), as well as case studies highlighting how Japanese companies are applying Agile and Scrum in practice.
The event will conclude with a networking party, where participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with speakers and peers, share experiences and challenges, and build new connections.
