Can someone please help me decide on which certification is best for getting career opportunities in future or in Demand.

PSM or PSK1

Do both if you want.

If you have to choose one get the PSM I. I am considering trying the PSK or the PSPO for my next test.

I have recently seen Kanban becoming a hot topic and the demand at job market is increasing. However, I would recommend starting with PSM since it is the heart of the Scrum. It will be easy to take PSK once you clear PSM, since to my understanding all the exams from scrum.org base on scrum guide which the main exam is PSM. Hope this helps

I agree with the former comments - go with PSM first. Learn the core values and then extend your knowledge.

I would agree with the other commenters. PSM1 is a better starting point in the Scrum world. PSK1 can be a growth area to explore afterwards. It's also somewhat harder especially for people who don't have strong Scrum foundations.

Taking and passing PSM1 before makes it slightly easier ...
