Sorry for beginning the new topic, but can anybody share for any useful link about extreme programming? Or maybe video from Youtube.

Orkhan - Pivotal Labs has some good blogs on pairing, TDD, etc.  You could always good Kent Beck and Ron Jeffries, they are thought leaders.

Is there anything specific related to XP that you are interested in?  Most modern engineering practices use some form of XP.
