Any thoughts on what will be the job outlook for scrum masters or agile coaches during a recession?

What effect might a recession have on the urgency to inspect and adapt more quickly, and to innovate and develop new markets?

What effect might this have on the number and quality of agile jobs, given a reduced budget for investment?

I think demand will be much greater given the fact that recession means budget cutting and immediate product deliveries.
