Hi guys,

How do you keep participants engagement in your online training? What is the maximum span of the participant's attention? How often do you have engagers/energizers/challenges/games/breaks?

In my last Agile Fundamental training, I’ve used two energizers from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBTQvMXFb7s

It was ok and I think I need to add more and different types: like polls… every 20 min or so.

Let share and help together to design a better online training session!

Kind Regards,

Daniel

Fee-based online training is not possible in China, almost rarely

It is only possible to do free online publishing activities and sharing activities

Fees need to be opposite to the bottom of the line to reflect the value
