Can Product backlog & Product goal be considered as the boundary of the product?

What is the boundary of the product as the scrum guide 2020 says that a product is a vehicle to deliver value and has a Clear Boundary? My question is that what is the "Clear Boundary" all about.

The work to develop a complex product will be emergent, but at any given time it should be clear how much work is believed to remain.

The 2020 Scrum Guide also introduces the Product Goal.  Might that be a vehicle for determining the clear boundary of a product?

Wow, I might have just pulled an "Ian".
