I recently cleared PSM I. Since I am a person who love pictures, so my all learning starts and ends with pictures/diagrams. While preparing for PSM I, I created few pictures and thought to share few of them. This one is about Scrum events and other facts.

This picture describes following:

  • There are 4 Mandatory events in Scrum as per scrum guide - Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review , Sprint Retrospective.
  • Each event has time-box (maximum hours limit).
  • Sprint is container for all 4 events.
  • It also depicts who are required to attend each of the event.Scrum events

I found this picture very handy and useful while grasping the scrum concepts and during my revision session before PSM I.

Hope you will find this post useful too. Good luck!
