Looking for Scrum Master Volunteering roles

Hello Scrum.org Family,

I passed my PSM-I exam and now looking for some volunteer opportunities to grasp a real time experience. I only have 9 months of Scurm Master experience and based on that no body is interested to hire me as a Scrum Master. Please suggest and communities and non profit org that can benefit from my Scrum Master skill set.

Hi Yashika,

Here is the advice I give to everyone in your position.

Treat your job search like a product. Getting the job is your product goal and every Sprint is working towards that. Create a product backlog of all the things you need to do to reach your goal and inspect and adapt. Use the scrum.org forum as your feedback group.. and use the forums to blog regularly about your search and what went well and what didn't. Show other Scrum Masters you have the right mindset. Do that and you will get attention and if you are lucky maybe get a job!
