I'm trying to evaluate the ROI that we are receiving from our scrum implementation vs our previous development process to present to executives.

Has anyone here put out a similar report? What metrics do you use to compare the two?

This is difficult because the elicitation of credible metrics very often starts *with* the commencement of an agile transition such as Scrum.

However, since improved ROI is enabled via incremental delivery, might it be possible to retrospectively consider the Cost of Delay that was incurred prior to Scrum being implemented?
