What percentage of participants pass the PSM I without fault?

Have a look into the detailed PSM Description for all details.

For the PSMI a passing score of 85% or more ist listed.

Scrum.org would know this metric or perhaps a PST from numbers on their feedback from courses, ask a PST.
its also not as simple as that as the exam is the same but not the same route to accreditation.

Variables that will also play a part in it are

Experienced Scrum+ course
Non experienced Scrum+course
Experienced Scrum+ self study
Non experienced Scrum+self study
Experienced Scrum+ self study+course
Non experienced Scrum+self study+course
