Hi.

I came with a new one. What kind of documents do you suggest to deliver? Few years ago, before to know SCRUM and take the Srum Master course, I was at front of a developer area. At the time that we finished the projects, we deliver some artefacts, like: Diagram of classes, workflows, analyst documents, UML, etc.

I am just working as scrum master (I develop too), and I wonder, what kind of document must I deliver, you you have some examples that I can download?.

I just give a Project Charter.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,
have you asked the PO what he needs? Delivering documentation to the PO that he does not need would be waste. The discussion about what the PO needs and sees as a part of the product usually leads to the definition of done.
