Hallo together,

In a joined research project with the Chair of General Management and Information Systems (Prof. Dr. Heinzl) of the University of Mannheim, we are conducting a study concerning the performance measurement of agile software development teams (especially Scrum Teams).

The measurement instrument is conducted through a survey, which will take about 15 minutes. Please just apply the survey if you a Product Owner or at least in a superior role of the team. The Survey will emphasize your "sense" on the performance of your team. In particular, the survey will cover different dimensions of team performance (software quality, engagement, agility, reliability, velocity and focus), which were derived through literature and empirical research. These respective dimensions will form the total picture of the performance of your team

We would highly appreciate your participation. Your thoughtful answers will not only help the success of the study, but you will also receive a report regarding the performance of your team, which will hopefully help you and your team (e.g. improve your teams performance or simply have an overview over the performance of your team(s)).

Certainly, the data is ONLY used for research purposes and we guarantee to work confidentially with the data.
