Hi

Have the following questions. Appreciate guidance

1. The DT updates the level of effort remaining to complete the tasks but - Who update the Sprint burndown chart and when
2. What does SM do if there is constant disagreement between Team members in a Daily Scrum. As SM does not attend the Daily scrum does he wait for the Team member to self fix it

Thanks

1. The Sprint burndown chart is the graphical representation of the effort remaining. Which is updated by the DT. This is done at least in every daily Scrum.
2. The team should be able to solve it's conflicts. If they are not, and the conflicts become an impediment, the Scrum Master has the responsibility to solve it. But he should include the team in the solution to help the team solving it's conflicts in the future.

1. A Sprint Burndown should be updated by the first team member who sees that it needs updating.

2. A Scrum Master should not wait for impediments to disappear but should be pro-active in their avoidance or removal. Team disagreements should be investigated and arbitrated by the Scrum Master with a view to achieving the Sprint Goal.
