Being Agile and using Scrum when the "product" is Microsoft 365
We are using Scrum and Agile methods in an environment where the "product" is Microsoft 365.
Does anyone in this forum have experience with the same?
It works pretty well, but from time to time we have issues when looking at user stories becoming to big. We would like to slice/split them more, but doing so is challenging when it's not really a product you are developing on, more Microsoft features you are enabling/disabling/configuring/adopting to your own organization.
Challenging to write this post into a question, but more interested in hearing if others have the same scenario and implementing Scrum and some best practices, tips, fall-pits etc etc.
