What is the appropriate scrum certificate for agile tester?

Certifications are broadly aligned to role: PSM for Scrum Master, PSPO for Product Owner, and PSD for Development Team members.

From your reading of the Scrum Guide, which of these roles would be most likely to involve testing skills?
