For my master thesis I am researching the techniques in agile software development that agile teams use to get new ideas and receive feedback from end-users. My question to you scrum professional is: What are your trade-offs for the selection of end-user involvement techniques? For example, do you take into consideration the time until you receive enough feedback, convenience for the user and the bias of the method?

I don't want to spam but it would be really great if you could also take ten minutes of your time and fill in my survey : www.surveygizmo.com/s3/2800878/0d71a55a82cb
