Sometimes teams struggle to follow the SCRUM procedures consistently, simply because of the fact that we live in a busy, complex and hectic work environment where humans forget and sometimes get distracted. These checklists are there to help you maintain structure and consistency in your scrum process.

Use the checklist as handy guide during and before meetings to remind you of the key steps, role responsibilities and concerns in the scrum process.
