Hi All,

I have a question about the "Sprint Goal".

Normally Scrum Team crafts a Sprint Goal at the Sprint planning.

But following sentence confused to me;

"Having set the Sprint Goal and selected the Product Backlog items for the Sprint, the Development Team decides how it will build this functionality into a “Done” product Increment during the Sprint."

is "set" wording mean used to like "assigned"?

Thanks for helps,

It's more a matter of having agreed the Sprint Goal, such that the team view it as a shared commitment for the Sprint upon which they can subsequently focus.
