How to measure team productivity

Hi everyone.

I'm a new Scrum master. I have a small company and we have three scrum teams. I want to check what my team grow up by sprint, what my productivity of my team, what exactly i will do to improve them.

I think I will use velocity / time to checking, or use bug per person. But seem not exactly I need.

So, how you control your team productivity and what measure you use to check your team is growing up by sprint.
