I am a big Scrum and agility advocate, but I personally feel this video doesn't correctly describe how (and whether) companies think about and implement scrum at the "executive" level. When I did a search in LinkedIn for "Chief Agility Officer" in people's current title, I got 15 results. Of those 15 results, the vast majority are small businesses, with only two I saw that had employee counts of over 400.

Thanks @neoterix . Well the purpose of the video is to give some insights about Scrum Master career path that I have done at my clients and I timebox myself to 2 minute to answer this question. You can dive into EBM if you want to know how to implement Scrum at executive level. I will probably make a longer video in the future about Scrum for Executives. Cheers.
