Hi Joshua, very interesting video. I lived in the third situation for 2 years with the aggravation of not being able to work with the management. Being not able to deep dive in details here, let's say that it has been a very very thought time, without much satisfactons related to the chaces to improve the context of the team.
To be fully honest, I have to put into the equation the fact that I did't have a big experience as a Scrum Master (and still I have a HUGE amount of things to learn and practice) and this limited my effectiveness for sure. But, anyway, it has been a useful experience and I'll try to use it in my next challenge.
