A Sprint Retrospective alimenta o Product Backlog e não a Sprint Planing ou o Framework está errado ?
(Does Sprint Retrospective feed the Product Backlog and not Sprint Planing or the Framework Scrum is wrong?

Thanks for asking. Improvements from a Sprint Retrospective are usually about the team's effectiveness (communication and relationships with each other and stakeholders, how they work, their processes and tools) and the quality of their product as defined in the Definition of Done. If these improvements are not product properties, they should not be managed by the Product Owner in the Product Backlog. Hence the arrow to Sprint Planning where Developers can decide to make them transparent on their Sprint Backlog.
