Hey folks. Hopefully you are starting your week well. When I work with organisations who use Scrum, I often see Scrum being used as project management method. This usually ends up with mini-waterfall and feature factory. Most often, developers hate this way of working. Scrum is an empirical product development framework and should be used as its designed if we want to get the most out of it. I realised that this is not quite understandable when I initiate a conversation with people in organisations I have worked with. So I made this video that visualises the difference between project management and product management and how Scrum should be used using product lens. Hopefully this video helps you with getting the most out of Scrum. Enjoy the rest of your week, folks.
