"We retire the risks, we don't accumulate them" - I like this! However, I have a question - for example, if it is a risk due to lack of resources, it will take some time to resolve. What do we do in such a scenario?

I like how you said it "if used professionally!" That is a big IF...The podcast failed in my opinion to share how is risk managed. Just keep saying retire the risk is not helpful. Its like risk don't exist. You can't retire the risk. You "manage" the risk.
