Net Health, a healthcare software company, had been practicing Scrum for several years and more recently has scaled Scrum in their organization using the Nexus framework. As they continued using Nexus, they started to face some challenges related to how they were measuring the value they were delivering, including:

- A desire to increase value, but a lack of clarity on what value meant for them as an organization

-Not being able to improve what they couldn't measure and from an evidence-based standpoint

-Lack of understanding of what it meant to be agile by management and leadership

-Uncertainty on the progress they have been making since adopting Scrum and agile practices

In this webinar, Nic Easton, Nexus Scrum Master, Net Health, and Patricia Kong, Product Owner of Enterprise Solutions, Scrum.org walk through how they worked together to help Net Health address these challenges using Evidence-Based Management (EBM), a framework by Scrum.org that helps organizations measure, manage and increase the value they derive from their product delivery by focusing on improving outcomes, reducing risks, and optimizing investments.
