Techniques for Advanced Scrum Mastery - moving from specific practices to working with principles

October 7, 2020

The role of the Scrum Master is a complex one. You are serving, coaching, facilitating and teaching the team all while helping to remove impediments and changing the organization.  In today's landscape it has become even more complex having to deal with people working remotely, added distractions and an overall unstable situation.  In this webinar, Professional Scrum Trainer Lachlan Heasman and Eric Naiburg take attendees through some of the practices from the Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master II class that Scrum Masters can use to better serve their Scrum Team(s) focusing on the different stances that a Scrum Master may take on.  Some of the topics covered include:

  • What Scrum Mastery may have looked like pre-Covid
  • The current situation
  • What principles can Scrum Masters start to enact
  • What do leaders do? How does this work as a servant leader?
  • How can we do this when we aren’t face-to-face
