What should I look for in the Scrum Team’s interactions with each other?
Getting to know the team members, their behaviors and how they collaborate and interact with each other helps a Scrum Master understand how the team functions and where they can support the Scrum Team. Observe, listen and learn during and outside of the Scrum events.
Ask yourself:
- Does the team work well together?
- Do they collaborate well?
- Are there any communication barriers or conflicts?
- Does the team live the Scrum values of courage, openness, focus, commitment and respect when interacting with each other?
- Does the team have all the skills available to deliver a Done increment?
