engaging to improve
Professional Scrum Trainers (PSTs) are professionals who are certified by Scrum.org to teach courses developed by Scrum.org. They are skilled in software development and/or product management. They are well‐versed in the Scrum framework and have extensive experience working as part of, and coaching, Scrum Teams. And they are active in their local software development communities, as well as the broader global community.
PSTs use highly-tuned and standardized courseware and curriculum developed by Scrum.org. Trainers bring their own style and experience to their courses, but using standardized materials ensures that all PSTs are delivering the same high-quality content to each and every student regardless of where the course is taught. These trainers then continuously evaluate and improve themselves through the use of student feedback and student assessments, and work with Scrum.org to continually improve the courses, assessments, and related materials.
