Hello all,

Can you please suggest few innovative ways to improvise retrospective meetings. Currently, we discuss GLAD, SAD and MAD scenarios within the Sprint. Our team feels it might be time for us to improvise for the way we bring in more interest/ involvement in these meetings.

Any inputs are highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance...
