Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills

The Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills (PSPBM) assessment is available to students who have participated in a Professional Scrum Product Backlog Management Skills class.  Passing the PSPBM assessment means that the certification holder has demonstrated an understanding of skills and techniques used to effectively manage a Product Backlog which is both transparent and focused on value. The knowledge demonstrated includes techniques for capturing customer needs, refining the Product Backlog, managing stakeholder expectations, and using empiricism for a competitive advantage.
