The Applying Professional Scrum class provides a comprehensive learning experience for individuals new to Scrum or already on a Scrum team but seeking a deeper understanding of Scrum roles, artifacts, and events. During the class, participants experience:
- Professional Scrum firsthand, working in Scrum Teams and conducting Sprints to deliver value and improve collaboration
- Team-based exercises to gain practical knowledge of Scrum events, roles, artifacts, and principles
- Identification of common missteps and misunderstandings in Scrum, fostering a deeper understanding of its application
Upon completion of the class, participants receive:
- A free attempt at the Professional Scrum Master I certification exam (PSM I), validating their understanding of the Scrum framework
- Foundation for pursuing role-focused training, such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer, or Leader courses
