Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials

Professional Agile Leadership Essentials (PAL-E) is an opportunity for leaders to learn the ‘why’ behind the Scrum framework. 

Becoming an Agile organization means changing the way teams work together to deliver success.  This class offers leaders a chance to understand the concepts that underly these changes. 

The Professional Agile Leadership course is taught by Mary Iqbal, an experienced Agile Transformation Manager for over 50 Agile teams at a leading Healthcare provider.  Mary has trained thousands of participants and has experience working at all levels of the organization to drive positive change which delivers results.  

This class is an opportunity for you to connect with other leaders and learn through exercises designed to enhance your understanding of Agile concepts and how to apply them in your own organization.  PAL-E’s combination of instruction and team-based exercises helps you gain perspective on how to lead Agile teams and drive cultural changes needed achieve the benefits of business agility.

After participating in this class, you'll receive credentials to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) assessment and earn the industry-recognized PAL Certification.  Earning your PAL Certification makes you part of an elite community of 3,000+ PAL badge holders from around the globe and unlike other Scrum training and certification organizations, your certification will never expire nor require future renewal fees.

Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials (PAL-E) is offered as four half-days so that you can work around your busy schedule.

Certification

After participating in a Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials course, you'll receive credentials to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) assessment and earn the industry-recognized PAL Certification. These credentials never expire, however should you attempt the PAL assessment within 14 days after receiving your credentials and not receive a passing score, you'll be granted a 2nd attempt for no additional fee.

This class will be conducted online via Zoom, utilizing a shared whiteboard for interactive and engaging in-class activities. This virtual learning environment enables participants to actively collaborate, contribute, and explore concepts through the dynamic features of the shared whiteboard. With the convenience of Zoom, attendees will have the opportunity to actively engage in discussions, receive real-time feedback, and participate in hands-on exercises, all while leveraging the benefits of a digital whiteboard for a rich and immersive learning experience.
