Course Overview
In this one-day* skills-building course, participants will learn how to become better facilitators to improve interactions with their Scrum Teams, stakeholders and customers. They will focus on how to adopt facilitation as a stance and enable the Scrum Values. Students will address a series of common Scrum-related scenarios by applying several facilitation techniques that they can add to their collection of agile practices. They will create and leave with their own facilitation “plan” to improve their next team discussion or Scrum event.

Professional Scrum Certification
All participants completing the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills assessment. PSFS class participants who attempt the PSFS assessment within 14 days of the class and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

How does the virtual experience differ from the in-person training? We all adjusting to this new reality and the need to social distance. We've been surprised how similar the virtual experience is to the in-person one and how engaged the students have been throughout the day. The feedback has been excellent from students who've taking the virtual training, along with the assessment results.
What is included in the price? The price includes course materials, the PSFS assessment, lifetime certification from Scrum.org.
How do I achieve the Professional Scrum Facilitation Skills (PSFS) certification? The PSFS certification is achieved by taking and passing an online assessment in your own time following the course. It can be taken from any internet connected computer.
What is required to achieve the Professional Scrum Facilitation (PSFS ) certification? The PSFS assessment is comprised of 20 multiple choice questions that must be completed in 30 minutes. The pass mark is 85%. The course fee provides up to 2 attempts at the PSFS assessment.
What are the course hours? Courses start at 09:00 and finish at 17:00 each day.
How many people will attend? Our courses are kept small to ensure a premium experience. But if our courses ever exceed 10 attendees, then we have a second trainer in our classes.
How should I prepare for the course? The only preparation required is to read the Scrum Guide.

Can I claim PMI PDU credits for attending the course? Yes. You can claim 14 PDU's for attending a course.
Can I pay via credit/debit card? Yes. Please select the 'Pay with Credit/Debit card' option when you register.
Can I register now and pay via invoice later? Yes. Upon registering choose the option "Request to Pay by Invoice / PO" and we will get in touch. Or email us at info@bagile.co.uk with your details.
Can I get an invoice without VAT if my company based in the EU? Yes if your company is EU VAT registered. On the invoice we'll explicitly state it's subject to the reverse charge rule in the country of receipt. Email us at info@bagile.co.uk with your company details and valid EU VAT number.
