Course Overview

Scrum, the most widely used agile development methodology today, is a lightweight project management and product development management framework designed to deliver maximum value in the shortest time. According to the 2022 Global State of Agile report, Scrum has reached 87% adoption.

Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) is an interactive, activity-based course where students gain a strong understanding of Professional Scrum and the accountabilities of the Scrum Master. Through a combination of discussion and exercises, students develop a deep understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and the Agile mindset while learning the practices applied by successful Scrum Teams.

During the training, participants will learn the mechanism of Scrum, master the elements of Scrum, address complexity, increase team collaboration, promote self-management and experience how the Scrum framework can improve product development in the course.

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

Students of official Scrum.org Professional Scrum Master classes are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSM II assessment once passing PSM I.

• Understand the importance of self-managing teams, interpersonal skills needed, and the Scrum Master role
• Clarify the leadership role a Scrum Master plays on the team
• Learn the skills and traits and behavior shifts required to be a Scrum Master

Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM) 是一门基于活动的交互式课程，学员在课程中能深入了解专业 Scrum 和 Scrum Master 的职责，并通过讨论和练习的结合，对Scrum的基本原则和敏捷思维有了深刻的理解，同时学习成功的Scrum团队所应用的实践。 

在培训中，学员将学习Scrum 的机制，掌握 Scrum 的元素，应对复杂性、增加团队协作 、推动自主管理并且学员将在课程中体验到 Scrum 框架如何改善产品开发工作。

培训结束学员可免费获得一次 PSM I 认证测试。考取 85% 以上即可获得 PSM I 认证。若在课程结束 14 天内尝试未通过，可再免费获得一次测试。此外可再获得 PSM II 认证测试的学员折扣。

Course Objectives
