What you will learn

In this one-day* course, students engage in discussions and exercises to explore practical uses of AI tools and techniques to help them as a Scrum Master and to learn how to enable their Scrum Teams and organization to effectively use AI. The Professional Scrum Master – AI  Essentials (PSM - AI Essentials) course continues the journey into Scrum by diving deeper into:

• What AI means for Scrum Masters
• How Scrum Masters use AI to improve their capabilities and support the Scrum Team
• How AI can be applied by the members of a Scrum Team
• How AI influences the organization, including essential guidance on adopting AI responsibly and securely

Throughout this course, participants gain the skills and confidence to harness AI effectively, ensuring they enable high-performing Scrum Teams in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Ultimately, an effective Scrum Master should understand AI, its impact and how to apply it. This training prepares students with a greater understanding of AI and how it can be applied for use by Scrum Teams.

Is this course online?
Yes, this course has been converted from a face to face training course to a "virtual" training experience.  You can take this training from the comfort of your own home, but means you need to have an internet connection. 

How does the online experience differ from the face to face training?
We all adjusting to this new reality and the need for social distance.  We've been surprised how similar the online experience is to the face to face one and how engaged the students have been throughout the day.  The feedback has been excellent from students who've taken the online training, along with the assessment results.

What is included in the price?
The price includes course materials, 2 attempts at the PSM-AI Essentials assessment, a lifetime certification from Scrum.org.

How do I achieve the Professional Scrum Master (PSM-AI Essentials) certification?
The PSM-AIE certification is achieved by taking and passing an online assessment in your own time following the course. It can be taken from any internet connected computer.

What is required to achieve the Professional Scrum Master  (PSM-AI Essentials) certification?
The PSM-AIE assessment is comprised of 20 multiple choice questions that must be completed in 30 minutes. The pass mark is 85%. The course fee provides up to 2 attempts at the PSM-AI Essentials assessment.

What are the course hours?
Courses start at 09:00 and finish at 17:00.

How many people will attend?
Our courses are kept small to ensure a premium experience.

How should I prepare for the course?
The only preparation required is to read the Scrum Guide.

This training course is a virtual one and will take place from the comfort of your own home. You’ll only need a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone that's it. 

With the use of video conferencing, online collaboration tools, and a combination of cameras on our side, to obtain an interactive learning environment you would get in a physical in-person training. The delivery & outcome of the virtual classes have far surpassed our own expectations.
