This is an essentials-level course designed for professionals who want practical experience with AI tools. No prior AI or data science knowledge is required. Scrum Master training and certification is recommended but not mandatory.

Requirements

A basic understanding of the Scrum framework is recommended. Scrum Master experience or certification is beneficial but not required. No prior AI or data science knowledge needed — you will learn the essentials during the training.

Bring your own laptop to apply AI tools directly during exercises.

Exam & Certification

After completing the PSM-AI Essentials training, you will receive an exam code from Scrum.org to obtain the Professional Scrum Master™ – AI Essentials (PSM-AI Essentials) certificate. The exam is taken online and the code is valid indefinitely.

If you take the exam within 14 days of receiving your code and do not score at least 85%, you will receive a free second attempt. Exams taken after this window are at your own expense.

If you pass (85% or above), you will:

• Receive a Scrum.org PSM-AI Essentials certificate
• Become a lifelong member of the Scrum.org community
• Be included in the global PSM-AI Essentials certification database
