Course Learning Outcomes

This course introduces Product Owners and related professionals to the fundamentals of AI and its applications in modern product development.  When a student leaves the classroom they will be able to:

• Explain key concepts in AI, including machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI
• Discuss how AI tools can enhance Product Ownership through real-world use cases

Professional Scrum Certification

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Product Owner-AI Essentials course receive a password to take the  Professional Scrum Product Owner-AI Essentials (PSPO-AI Essentials) assessment. The industry-recognized PSPO-AI Essentials certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. Class participants of official Scrum.org classes who attempt the PSPO-AI Essentials assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost.
