Become the Product Owner who knows how to use AI to create real value

Jasper Alblas
Leadership is not about having all the answers, but about asking the right questions. It’s not about control, but about creating an environment where people can grow, take ownership, and make an impact.
As a co-founder and leader, Jasper helps organisations and professionals become not only more effective, but also stronger and more adaptable as teams and individuals. He believes in leadership built on trust, leading by example, and fostering a culture where people can develop and thrive.
In recent years, Jasper has actively explored how AI is reshaping the way products are built. He is the creator of Chordwise and Choppy, two applications developed using Vibe Coding, where generative AI plays a central role in translating intent into working software. Through this hands-on experience, Jasper has firsthand knowledge of what it means to collaborate with AI as a development partner rather than just a tool.
In his work, Jasper supports leaders, teams, and organisations in building strong foundations for collaboration, transformation, and growth. Whether it’s leadership development, strategic guidance, strengthening team dynamics, or applying AI responsibly in product development, his goal is always the same: creating impact by empowering others to unlock their full potential.
Chee Hong Hsia
Chee-Hong Hsia is a Dutch-born Singaporean and one of the few globally accredited Scrum.org trainers licensed to teach the full Scrum.org course portfolio. Since 2006, he has supported organisations across Europe and Asia in making Agile ways of working practical, sustainable, and impactful. He has coached Scrum Teams, mentored managers, and worked closely with executives who were ready to rethink how work gets done.
Scrum is his foundation, with strong influences from Kanban, Lean, and Extreme Programming. His approach is hands-on and grounded in reality, focusing less on frameworks as answers and more on creating the right conditions for teams to thrive through servant leadership, empirical thinking, and self-management.
Alongside his training and coaching work, Chee-Hong brings hands-on AI experience from his role as Product Owner at De Bijenkorf, where the product focus is the introduction of an AI-powered chatbot. With a strong technical background, he actively uses AI to support development work, experimentation, and product discovery, bridging the gap between strategy, product ownership, and modern AI-enabled delivery.
Today, Chee-Hong travels the world delivering highly interactive Scrum.org classes, designing learning experiences where people learn by doing, conversations matter, and participants leave with clarity, confidence, and renewed energy.
