Professional Scrum Product Owner
Berlin, March 4-5, 2019
Class Overview
Scrum is a lightweight framework for iterative-incremental discovery and delivery of software. It is originally intended for software products, but is generally well-suited for the creation of complex products in order to achieve the highest possible value in a creative environment, through an empirical approach.
Scrum is a metaphor that emphasizes teamwork. The "playing field" with its rules and values, on which self-organized teams can outgrow themselves.
The key challenge for the Product Owner is to maximize the value of the product.
